Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel  I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel,  you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette auberge de jeunesse et nous ne pouvons que la recommander !

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux. Le personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou en cuisine, était absolument adorable et aux petits soins. Une attention toute particulière à l'organisation du family dinner : pour seulement 6€, nous avons pu déguster de délicieuses lasagnes accompagnées d’une salade fraîche. Un vrai régal ! Ce moment a été l’un des plus conviviaux de notre séjour, car il nous a permis d’échanger avec d’autres voyageurs dans une ambiance détendue et chaleureuse.

L’auberge bénéficie également d’un cadre exceptionnel avec une vue imprenable. Nous avons eu la chance de prendre notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, un vrai bonheur pour bien commencer la journée !

Côté confort, rien à redire : les lits sont confortables, les sanitaires sont propres que ce soit les douches ou les toilettes, ce qui est vraiment appréciable en auberge de jeunesse.

Un grand merci aussi à l'équipe qui a tout fait pour que nous puissions regarder le match de rugby ! Une super attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable.

Schönes Hostel. Die Küche ist zwar nicht so schön zum kochen und gemeinsam sein aber die Terrasse ist ein Traum und die Zimmer sind hübsch. Da das Hostel auf einem Berg liegt war es etwas anstrengend anzureisen aber der Ausblick hat alles wieder gut gemacht und die Stadt ist trotzdem sehr nah und kurz zu erlaufen.

Quite wonderful! Super helpful and friendly staff, spectacular views from terrace, really nice common areas, great bunk design for privacy (and phone charging reading without disturbing others), good & cheap food and drink offerings. incredibly kind and accomodating staff. as we were in the lobby at the very early hours of the morning the receptionist informed us that we could watch the sunset from the terrace and the view made up for every travel inconvenience we faced on our trip there. breakfast was very nice and the rooms and communal bathrooms pretty much corresponded with the price we paid for our room.

i can only recommend it to anyone who wants to get the bang for their buck and is used to places with communal spaces. location is great but be aware that the hostel is located on the hill. the advantage is that you have a beautiful church close by if you go a little more uphill.
